These are not guided trips where you’re handed a rod and shown where to cast. They’re intentionally designed educational environments where you learn how to cast, identify insects, select flies, read water, and move with awareness and efficiency in dynamic environments.

Aquila Women's Seasonal Learning sessions are monthly, drop-in educational classes for women fly anglers who want to better understand trout behavior, seasonal conditions, and how to make smarter angling decisions on the water in the Rocky Mountain West.
Hosted at Field & Stream Lodge, this is a classroom-style experience that blends structured instruction with open discussion in a social, welcoming setting. Each session operates as a standalone offering.

Aquila Women’s Fly Fishing Foundations Series is a 4-week beginner friendly introduction to fly fishing held in June at Gallatin River Lodge in Bozeman.
Designed for women who are new to the sport or looking to build confidence, this classroom-based series builds a strong foundation for targeting trout in Montana waters.

Aquila Women’s Fly Casting Socials is a recurring, drop-in instructional series for women of all levels who want to build confidence and skill in fly casting in a supportive, community-based environment.
Hosted at Gallatin River Lodge, the exclusive Bozeman venue partner for the series, these gatherings are open to all experience levels.
